Saginaw’s Wickes building will get $2.5 million renovation for ‘class A’ tenant
SAGINAW, MI –Shaheen Development plans to invest $2.5 million into the Wickes building in downtown Saginaw and give it a facelift for a new “class A” tenant.
The building currently houses the Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, Saginaw Future and several offices, but a new tenant “with a proven track record” will soon join the other businesses.
