Saginaw Riverfront Condo Development Breaks Ground
SAGINAW, MI — A much-anticipated riverfront condominium development on Saginaw’s West Side is set to break ground in July, according to the project’s developer.
Shaheen Development’s plans call for 24, two-story residential units and an additional two-story mixed-use space to be built along the 300 and 400 blocks of North Hamilton. The development will be called “Riverview Brownstones on Hamilton.”
Dr. Samuel J. Shaheen, a local surgeon and the firm’s president and CEO, explained the vision behind the project in a prepared statement.
“Ultimately, real estate development is about building communities,” Shaheen wrote. “The goal of this development is to encourage individuals to invest in the city of Saginaw. With these condominiums, we are creating stakeholders who will take ownership in the success of Old Town Saginaw.”
