Chemical Bank selected Shaheen Development to build their new Bay City Headquarters. The building serves as the new financial offices for the bank, with branch services offered as well. The space features energy efficient LED lighting and building envelope. The Chemical Bank facility at Building Two is over 17,000 square feet.
