Real Seafood Co. Bay City, owned and operated by Mainstreet Ventures Inc., opened the 6,000 sq. ft. riverfront restaurant at Uptown Bay City in the spring of 2015. The spacious new restaurant has a seating capacity of up to 450 guests, which features more than 200 outdoor seats. There are two levels of outdoor seating, which includes an upper mezzanine, lower level patio and outdoor bar area. Nearly every seat offers a scenic view of the Saginaw River.
