This development is located on 30 acres on Tittabawassee Road in Carrolton Township. This project was created as a technology intensive park with looped fiber optic communications, redundant power sources, and emergency generators. It is home to XO Communications who utilizes 40,000 square feet as a call center. A major challenge of this project was the very aggressive time table established by the tenant.
All roads, infrastructure, utilities and building were completed in seven months. Other major tenants include CMU Health, Charter Media and Konica Minolta Business Systems. Total building square footage at this office park setting is 100,000 square feet.
