In the fall of 2022, Great Lakes Bay Health Centers will be relocating their Old Town Community Health Center, currently located at 804 S. Hamilton Street to a beautiful, brand new facility at 700 Court Street in Saginaw. The continued need for healthcare in our community is growing and Great Lakes Bay Health Centers is proud to work and partner with Shaheen Development who is constructing this new, state of the art building.

This new Great Lakes Bay Health Centers – Old Town location on Court Street will provide multiple services in one convenient location to better serve our patients in order to address their health care needs which will include: Primary Care, WIC, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Eye Care and much more.
