Dow Corning’s new state of the art facility at Uptown Bay City opened in the summer of 2014. At over 105,000 square feet, the facility has an occupant capacity of over 400 employees and is outfitted with all the latest and greatest ergonomic work space accessories. The building also features a wide array of unique meeting spaces designed to foster creativity and collaboration. The facility features 501 exterior parking spaces and a landscape area of approximately 7,500 square feet.
