BAY CITY, MI — Dow Corning Corp. employees arrived for their first day of work at Uptown Bay City on Monday morning and were greeted with a warm welcome — in the form of signs hanging all over town.

A banner reading “Welcome Dow Corning” was positioned in front of the orange, blue and yellow “Downtown Bay City” sign near the foot of Veterans Memorial Bridge.

Another sign welcomed Dow Corning employees to the Columbus Avenue Business District.
